We specialise in coaching leadership teams to understand human behaviour and shift professional relationships onto a footing where intentions lead to action, and people no longer feel the need to pretend to be something they are not.

Our flagship Resonance Reboot program includes a combination of 1:1 interviews, dynamic group workshops, team and relationship facilitation and group coaching. The focus is on immediate actions that solve business-critical problems.

We can work in person or online, at your premises or a neutral venue. We’ve had extremely effective online executive coaching sessions bringing disparate team members across US, Japanese and UK time zones!

Our senior leadership executive coaching programs vary in time and depth depending on how ingrained the issues and your vision are, and what the company and team want to change. All build “resonant cultures” based on honesty and authenticity.

Our 3i approach follows a pathway of Inquiry, Insight and Intervention, relationships within and across senior teams can shift from ‘stuck’ to ‘functioning’ to ‘thriving’.

The Resonance Reboot – Rapid Results Programme

3 Phase, 3 Month Programme for your Leadership Team

Highly effective when you have tension in a team or a new team carefully selected for their different strengths and backgrounds, and you need them to work seamlessly together. Teams need to understand each other to work together effectively, and understanding others comes from understanding ourselves first: Who am I?, How do I show up to work? and Who do I want to be? begin the Inquiry.

This executive coaching program follows our three stages and culminates in the team creating and living a Commitment Charter together, setting out how they will behave with each other.

It recognises where they will individually and collectively find it more and less challenging to keep to commitments, and therefore goes further than a mission or values statement. The Resonance Reboot sees teams promising to be honest, telling the truth because they care enough about each other and the group to do so, and holding each other to account.

The breakthrough you need when established teams are stuck in a noxious, often cyclical dynamic that undermines collective success and you need a shift in culture. Whilst some of us are happy to talk immediately about the challenges we face and recognise the value in ‘melting the iceberg’ to reveal ourselves, others prefer work at a slower pace to really find out about themselves, how others view them and the impact they’re having on the wider team and organisation.

Even the most reticent leaders open up in 1-to-1 sessions that Resonance Coach Cassandra Rix holds. She asks questions they may never have been asked before, in a manner that invites trust and honesty.

Conversations in 1-to-1 and groups cover topics including:

  • What are your greatest fears as a leader?
  • What do you resist the most?
  • What ONE thing would you change?
  • How do you think you’re supposed to lead?

The duration of your program depends on what happens in the first workshop and the 1:1s. It is also dependent on the time your leadership team are willing to invest. We have had outstanding results in three months, but some teams want to continue the program longer based on the positive impact it has on their team, performance and lives.
